I have something to say to England: Fuck you, England. I hate you for completely fucking up property law. I am trying to study for a senseless law school exam right now, and I�m full of fury. Do you hear me, England? Fee Simple�blah blah�Contingent Remainder�Implied Reciprocal Negative Servitudes? What is wrong with the Anglos? Why do they always have to pretend things are so complicated?
