I have something to say to England: Fuck you, England. I hate you for completely fucking up property law. I am trying to study for a senseless law school exam right now, and I’m full of fury. Do you hear me, England? Fee Simple…blah blah…Contingent Remainder…Implied Reciprocal Negative Servitudes? What is wrong with the Anglos? Why do they always have to pretend things are so complicated?

I realize this makes no sense to anyone but England. Thus, it does not belong here on Land of Diaries, but it’s all I’ve got. And if you only knew…
