In the workplace, I am culling quotes for a page-a-day Zen ca1endar. When I handed in the first little draft of a manuscript, my creative director said she wanted to discuss it with me. Turns out, her concern was that the quotes I chose were "too Buddhist."

I think we�re going to have a problem.
